Can I open an Associate Sunbeam School in a city with an existing branch?

Yes, you can open an Associate Sunbeam School in a city that already has another branch, provided it meets DHK Eduserve Ltd.'s approval. This approval is based on an analysis to ensure that the new school does not interfere with the marketing or operations of the existing branch and avoids direct competition. For optimal results, the new school should be located at least 20-25 kilometers away from the existing one.

What will be the name of the new school?

The name of the new associate school will be Sunbeam School, followed by the district or area name to distinguish it.

Does the land need to be in my personal name to establish a Sunbeam School?

The land should be suitable for setting up an educational institution. If it's not, you will need to contact the relevant local authorities for land conversion. According to legal requirements, a school must be run by a registered Society, Trust, or Company under Section 8. Therefore, you will need to either register or lease the land accordingly. DHK Eduserve Ltd. will be happy to assist and guide you through this process.

What is the estimated investment required to establish a Sunbeam School?

The required investment will depend on factors such as the size of the plot, its location, and the city. However, for the first phase of setup and initial operations, we estimate an investment of INR 5-6 crores, excluding the cost of land. We will be happy to provide a brief project report at the appropriate stage.

Will the school offer classes up to Grade XII from the beginning?

No, the school will be launched in phases. Initially, it will offer classes from Nursery to Grade VII in the first year, with higher grades being gradually introduced each year.

Do I need approval from the authorities, and how do I get CBSE affiliation?

Yes, you will need approval from the state government (NOC) and affiliation from the CBSE Board. We will guide you through the entire process.

How do I apply for a partnership?

To apply for a partnership, you need to submit a complete application form with all the required details. Afterward, the team will visit the site and review the land documents, trust deed, partner details, and financial records, such as balance sheets from the past few years, to verify your financial stability.

How is the fee structure for the new school determined?

The fee structure will be decided collaboratively as discussions progress. It includes various components such as tuition fees, admission fees, annual charges, and development fees. These components may vary based on the school's location and other factors.

Who decides the student uniforms, books, and other essentials?

We will provide you with detailed guidelines, including the list of books and uniform designs, along with our recommended vendors. While you are free to use your own vendors, it is essential that they meet the quality and standards set by the company.
